Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Intern based in Mumbai. The Human Resources Intern will assist with creating and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and supporting personnel management tasks. Responsibilities will also include contributing to HR processes, assisting with recruitment, and providing administrative support to the HR department. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources operations and develop professional skills in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals and an understanding of HR Management practices
  • Familiarity with developing and implementing HR Policies and understanding Employee Benefits
  • Skills in Personnel Management and organizational support
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and HR tools or software
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (in progress or completed) is preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
  • Support in employee onboarding and documentation
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Assist in HR operations and daily administrative tasks
  • Help in organizing employee engagement activities
  • Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements
  • Support in attendance tracking, leaves, and basic payroll coordination
  • Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and internal communications
