About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. The intern will support daily HR operations, recruitment activities, documentation, and employee engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to core HR functions in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding of new employees, including document collection and verification.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Help coordinate training sessions and meetings.
- Assist in drafting HR policies and standard operating procedures.
- Perform administrative tasks and support the HR team in daily operations.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, documentation).
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation/post-graduation in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
- Freshers with HR interest may also apply.
