Human Resources Intern

We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to support our talent team. If you're passionate about people, quick to learn, and eager to get hands-on experience in hiring, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do:

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and campus drives
• Screen resumes and assist in shortlisting potential candidates
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
• Communicate with candidates and ensure a smooth interview experience
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting them on various platforms
• Support employer branding through social media and campus outreach

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication & organizational skills
• Passion for recruitment or HR.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Duration: Minimum 3 months, maximum 6 months (final duration will be decided based on the interview)

Eligibility: BBA (1st year & 2nd year) / MBA (1st year) students
