About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and research-oriented HR Intern to support strategic talent initiatives across Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning. This role will focus on building market intelligence on the e-commerce talent landscape, benchmarking organizational structures and compensation practices, and supporting campus hiring strategy across premier MBA and Engineering institutes. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to strategic HR, talent market research, compensation benchmarking, and employer branding initiatives.
