Role Description
This is an on-site internship role for a Human Resources Intern located in Indore. The intern will assist with day-to-day HR operations, including supporting HR management processes, assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies, and coordinating employee benefits initiatives. The role also involves working closely with personnel management tasks and contributing to a positive workplace environment.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and understanding of HR Management practices
- Familiarity with HR Policies and Employee Benefits programs
- Skills related to Personnel Management and coordination
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team setting
- Pursuit of or completion of a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
