Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Intern to support and streamline our recruitment and employee management processes. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the full spectrum of HR operations in a fast-growing D2C startup.

You'll play a key role in managing the hiring pipeline, maintaining employee data, tracking attendance, and assisting in payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including posting job descriptions, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records, personal details, and onboarding documents.
  • Manage and monitor daily attendance of all employees using internal tracking systems.
  • Prepare and update the attendance and payout sheet in coordination with the accounts team.
  • Support HR operations such as offer letters, joining formalities, and exit documentation.
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements and timely hiring.
  • Help maintain a positive and organized work environment aligned with company culture.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing HR / Business Administration / related field.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Detail-oriented with good multitasking abilities.
  • Eager to learn and grow within a dynamic startup environment.
