Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition and HR Operations functions. This role offers practical exposure to recruitment coordination, sourcing, and core HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals
• Screen resumes and coordinate interview scheduling
• Follow up with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure process timelines
• Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions
• Support onboarding documentation and HR operational tasks

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduates only (any discipline; HR/MBA preferred)
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Good coordination and organizational skills
• Comfortable working on-site in Gurgaon
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and LinkedIn
