Reporting- TA Lead

Role Summary Taking care of Sourcing ,Screening, Operational and Transactional work + Scheduling candidates from first level to final level of interaction with Business Leader.

This role can be extended based on performance.

Detailed JD

• Assisting in screening the candidates and ensuring that the skills are matching the requirements.
• Scheduled interviews by aligning candidate and interviewer availability and followed up on interview feedback and ensured smooth communication throughout the process.
• Regularly interaction with hiring managers to understand job requirements and shared candidate updates and helped align hiring expectations.
• Maintaining professional communication with candidates via email and calls and managing follow-ups, and contributed to a positive candidate experience.
• Maintaining in detail candidate trackers and recruitment dashboards and documented the recruitment lifecycle for process transparency and future reference.
• Assisting in pre-boarding formalities and ensured seamless joining for selected candidates.
