Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
Schedule and coordinate telephonic, virtual, and in-person interviews
Support onboarding formalities, documentation, and induction process
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Help prepare HR reports, presentations, and trackers
Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job ads
Handle basic employee queries and provide administrative support
Participate in HR activities such as employee engagement and training programs
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR concepts
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability
Qualifications
Pursuing or completed a degree in HR / Management / Business Administration or related field
