- Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening & scheduling interviews
- Handle onboarding, documentation, exit formalities & employee record management
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR operations
- Assist in day-to-day tasks and ad-hoc requirements
Requirements
- Pursuing or completed BBA / MBA (HR) or any related field
- Basic knowledge of HR functions and processes
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong writing skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office
