Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening & scheduling interviews
  • Handle onboarding, documentation, exit formalities & employee record management
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR operations
  • Assist in day-to-day tasks and ad-hoc requirements

Requirements

  • Pursuing or completed BBA / MBA (HR) or any related field
  • Basic knowledge of HR functions and processes
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong writing skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office
