What You'll Do
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes — sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
- Support onboarding and induction for new hires
- Help maintain HR databases, employee records, and trackers
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives
- Assist with HR documentation, policies, and compliance tasks
- Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative activities
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach to work
