Location: Raipur / Remote / Hybrid
Duration: 3 Months (Internship)
Stipend: ₹5,000/month
Full-Time Opportunity: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month (post successful internship conversion)

Role Overview:
We are seeking an MBA (HR) intern who is passionate about people, culture, and inclusive workplaces. This role offers hands-on exposure to HR practices within a community-driven and DEIA-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
- Support onboarding processes with a focus on inclusive experiences
- Help design and implement HR policies aligned with DEIA principles
- Coordinate internal communications and employee engagement initiatives
- Maintain HR documentation and records
- Assist in organizing community and team-building activities
Key Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA in Human Resources
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Sensitivity towards diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility
- Willingness to learn or adapt to Indian Sign Language (ISL) or American Sign Language (ASL)
- Ability to work in a collaborative, community-oriented environment
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
- Basic understanding or exposure to DEIA practices
- Familiarity with ISL or ASL
- Prior internship or project experience in HR
