Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Assistant Intern to join our team for a 3-month journey. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or fresh graduate to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment lifecycle and learn the inner workings of an HR consultancy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sourcing & Screening : Assist in identifying potential candidates through various job portals, social media, and professional networks.
2. Documentation : Maintain and update candidate databases and internal recruitment trackers.
3. Scheduling : Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Content Support : Help draft job descriptions, social media posts, and candidate outreach emails.
5. Research : Conduct market research on industry hiring trends and salary benchmarks.
Qualifications
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree.
2. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
3. High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Proficiency in basic office tools (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office).
5. A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
