Stipend: 5,000 per month

Position Summary

The HR Intern will support the Human Resources department in executing day-to-day operational activities related to recruitment, onboarding, documentation, employee engagement, and HR coordination. This role is designed to offer practical industry exposure and provide a strong foundation for a career in HR within a structured corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.

Coordinate onboarding, induction, and employee documentation workflows.

Maintain and update employee records, attendance reports, and HR databases.

Support coordination of training programs and employee engagement initiatives.

Assist in compiling HR reports, MIS, and other analytical documentation as required.

Ensure timely communication and coordination with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Provide administrative support to the HR team to ensure smooth departmental operations.

Candidate Requirement

MBA in HR or relevant field pursuing or completed.

Strong interest in Human Resources with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office with attention to accuracy and documentation.

Strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and professional attitude.
