Position: HR Intern

Location: Indore (Onsite)

Type: Full-time Internship

Internship Duration: 3 Months

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day HR activities planning and implementaion
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Assist in HR documentation and Stackholder Management
• Support onboarding and other HR operational activities like Attendance tracking, basic payroll and addressing to basic employee queries.
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and office events.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
• Eagerness to learn almost all HR function and not just recruitment.
• Well-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
