Key Responsibilitie

Assist in the recruitment process posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interview

s Support in onboarding and orientation for new interns/employee

s Help maintain and update HR databases and employee record

s Coordinate with team leads and management for intern engagement and performance trackin

g Draft and circulate HR communications, reports, and feedback form

s Participate in team meetings and brainstorming session

s Assist in organizing virtual HR initiatives training sessions, employee engagement, and team-building activitie
