About the Company

LYRA Salon is looking for a motivated intern to support hiring and operations for its newly launched brand Herline Globals Pvt Ltd.
Herline Globals Pvt Ltd is a growing startup focused on developing and delivering high-quality women's sanitary and hygiene products. As an emerging organization, we are building a dynamic team dedicated to improving women's health, hygiene, and accessibility through innovative products and services.
The HR Intern will also support HR-related activities for LYRA, assisting in workforce management, recruitment coordination, and employee engagement initiatives across both organizations.

Internship Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee management, HR operations, and organizational development. This internship offers practical exposure to startup culture and the opportunity to work closely with leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.

-HR Operations
Assist in onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
Support employee documentation and record management.
Maintain attendance and leave records.
Prepare HR reports and recruitment updates.
Ensure employee files and HR databases are updated.

-Employee Engagement
Support employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Assist in organizing meetings, training sessions, and internal events.
Help maintain positive employee relations.

-Support for LYRA Operations
Assist in recruitment activities for LYRA branches and departments.
Coordinate interviews and joining formalities for salon and corporate positions.
Maintain recruitment status reports and branch manpower trackers.
Support workforce planning and staffing requirements across LYRA locations.
Assist in employee communication and HR coordination between branches.

-Administrative Support
Prepare HR documents, letters, and reports as required.
Coordinate with department heads regarding staffing requirements.
Perform other HR and administrative tasks assigned by management.

Eligibility Criteria

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
