Job Description

Talent Acquisition, you will play a key role in supporting end-to-end recruitment processes:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
  • Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate fit
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
  • Support in drafting job descriptions and posting them across platforms
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives such as LinkedIn posts and hiring campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and timelines

Requirements / Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and basic hiring tools is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership
