Talent Acquisition, you will play a key role in supporting end-to-end recruitment processes:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate fit
- Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
- Support in drafting job descriptions and posting them across platforms
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Assist in employer branding initiatives such as LinkedIn posts and hiring campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and timelines
Requirements / Qualifications- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and basic hiring tools is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership
