About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern with a strong interest in learning and building a career in IT Recruitment. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to understand the complete recruitment cycle and gain exposure to real-time hiring processes within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
- Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and interview panels.
- Support in maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Learn and understand the end-to-end IT recruitment process.
- Assist the HR team in other day-to-day recruitment activities.
What You'll Learn:
- Understanding of the full IT recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding).
- Practical exposure to various sourcing techniques and hiring tools.
- Communication and coordination skills with candidates and hiring managers.
- Insights into real-world HR operations in a fast-paced work environment.
Eligibility:
- MBA in Human Resources (completed or pursuing final semester).
- Strong interest in recruitment, preferably IT hiring.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be confident, dynamic, and willing to take initiative.
- Ability to complete tasks effectively with minimal supervision.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a professional environment.
Stipend: INR 15,000/- per month
