Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
- Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow-ups
- Support onboarding & documentation of new hires
- Maintain employee records and HR files
- Assist in attendance tracking and payroll support
- Support HR in HR policies, letters, and reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related activities
- Assist in HRMIS / ERP (Odoo / ERPNext) data entry (if applicable)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA / MSW / BBA / BA (HR)
- Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment
- Good communication skills (verbal & written)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn)
- Basic knowledge of labor laws (added advantage)
- Exposure to ERP / HR software is a plus
