About the Role:

We are seeking Human Resources Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about people, eager to learn, and ready to contribute across multiple HR functions. You will gain exposure to the complete employee lifecycle while also assisting with recruitment, engagement, HR operations, and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Talent Acquisition activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination.
  • Provide support in HR operations such as maintaining employee records, managing HR databases, and handling documentation.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities.
  • Participate in process improvement projects by conducting research, analyzing data, and suggesting innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to ensure smooth execution of day-to-day HR tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in any discipline

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience in HR internships will be considered a plus.
  • Flexibility to contribute across different HR functions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathy, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A learning mindset with enthusiasm to bring in fresh ideas.
  • Practical exposure to diverse HR functions, with emphasis on Talent Acquisition.

2 months (performance based)
