Job Title: HR Intern

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

About Us

HR Yaar is looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our recruitment team and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring.

What You'll Do

• Source and pool candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to shortlist suitable profiles
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients
• Maintain and update the candidate database and applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Draft and post job advertisements across relevant platforms
• Assist the recruitment team with day-to-day operations and admin tasks
• Support candidate communication (sending updates, follow-ups, and interview reminders)
• Help prepare recruitment reports and tracker summaries as needed

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with LinkedIn or job portals is a plus
• Eager to learn and a genuine interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
