Hooc AI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is inviting applications for the role of Human Resources Intern. We are looking for a proactive, organized, and people-oriented individual who is interested in gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, coordination, employee communication, and day-to-day HR operations within a fast-growing technology company.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are looking to build practical HR experience in a startup environment and develop a strong understanding of hiring and people management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for open roles
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication
- Support in posting job openings across relevant platforms
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
- Assist with onboarding coordination and documentation
- Help manage employee communication and internal HR processes
- Support day-to-day HR operations and reporting
Eligibility & Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and coordination abilities
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes is preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, Docs, and email communication
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a startup environment
- HR, BBA, MBA, or related background preferred (not mandatory)
