About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team and support day-to-day human resource operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are interested in recruitment, employee engagement, HR coordination, and workplace operations.
Eligibility
- Someone who has completed their Bachelors or Masters and can easily commit to this Fulltime internship (MBA HR or BBA graduate/student preferred)
- Candidates who have completed their exams and are currently awaiting results are encouraged to apply
- Prior HR internship/work experience is required
Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Support onboarding and employee documentation processes
- Help maintain employee records and HR databases
- Coordinate with candidates and employees for HR-related communication
- Assist in engagement activities and internal HR initiatives
- Support attendance tracking and general HR operations
- Work closely with the HR team on ongoing organisational tasks and projects
- Conduct Employee Engagement activities
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and coordination abilities
- Understanding of HR processes (HR Ops, Recruitment etc)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
