Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated IT Recruiter / HR Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for recruitment, strong communication skills, and the ability to identify and hire the right talent for IT roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for various IT roles
• Understand job requirements and create effective job postings
• Use job portals, social media, and references to identify candidates
• Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews
• Maintain candidate database and track recruitment status
• Follow up with candidates and manage the hiring process end-to-end
• Build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to screen and evaluate candidate profiles
• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Good organizational and coordination skills

Preferred Skills

• Internship or prior experience in recruitment
• Knowledge of recruitment tools/ATS
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
