Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Attendance & Biometric Data Management Download and compile monthly attendance data using the iSecure system. Maintain accurate attendance records and generate required reports.

2. Saneforce Management Maintain and update the doctor list with accurate and up-to-date information. Handle additions, deletions, and modifications as required. Coordinate with relevant departments for smooth Saneforce operations.

3. Administrative Operations Conduct cleaning inspections to ensure a clean and organized workplace. Manage and coordinate office grocery and supply orders. Handle vendor management, including communication, negotiation, and issue resolution. Review and approve office-related expenses.

4. Travel Coordination Book flights and manage travel arrangements through MakeMyTrip or similar platforms. Ensure timely and cost-effective arrangements for travel, accommodation, and transportation.

Requirements

Graduation; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Experience in administrative or coordination roles (preferred).

Familiarity with attendance management systems and biometric data software. Strong coordination skills, positive attitude, and eagerness to contribute to the growth of the organization.

A collaborative team player with strong discipline and professionalism.
