About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern who is passionate about people management, communication, and organizational development. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment operations, stakeholder coordination, process execution, and strategic HR initiatives. The ideal candidate should be willing to take ownership, contribute ideas, and align their work with the organization's vision and long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
- Assist in executing HR operations and special projects.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and process documentation.
- Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth workflow execution.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for process improvement.
- Support behavioral, training, and organizational development initiatives.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and professional communication throughout the hiring and onboarding process.

Preferred Qualification
Pursuing or recently completed MBA / MSW / BBA / B.Com / Any Graduate with interest in HR.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and MS Excel/Google Sheets is an added advantage.
