Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated HR Intern to support high-volume hiring for Master's and PhD-level applicants. This remote role includes screening, calling, assessment coordination, and basic training/orientation for candidates. You will manage 500+ applicants and ensure a smooth, organized recruitment workflow.

Key Responsibilities

1. Screening & Interaction (Master's/PhD Candidates)

  • Review and shortlist resumes of highly qualified applicants.
  • Conduct initial HR screening calls and Google Meet discussions.
  • Explain JD, expectations, and assessment processes confidently.

2. Assessment Coordination

  • Share assessments and track all submissions.
  • Follow up with candidates and maintain accurate status updates.

3. Training & Orientation

  • Conduct introductory training sessions via Google Meet.
  • Share SOPs and ensure candidates understand workflow guidelines.

4. Data Management

  • Create Google Forms and manage large datasets in Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Prepare daily/weekly hiring and assessment reports.

5. High-Volume Communication

  • Make outbound calls to 500+ applicants during hiring cycles.
  • Draft professional emails and coordinate scheduling.

Required Skills

  • Excellent English communication; native-level fluency preferred.
  • Confident speaking with Master's and PhD-level candidates.
  • Skilled in Google Forms, Google Sheets, MS Excel, and email writing.
  • Comfortable with high-volume calling and online interactions.
  • Strong organization, accuracy, and follow-up discipline.
