Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Remote HR Intern to join our team. Your primary mission is to help us scale our brands by finding and vetting top-tier talent. Since this is a fully remote role, we are looking for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Active Sourcing: Use LinkedIn, Internshala, and Indeed to find candidates for diverse roles (Sales, Accounts, E-commerce, etc.).
- Initial Screening: Conduct telephonic interviews to assess communication skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Hiring Pipeline: Manage the end-to-end scheduling of interviews between candidates and the Directors.
- Reporting: Maintain a daily recruitment tracker showing candidates reached, screened, and scheduled.
Requirements & Setup
- Equipment: Must have a personal laptop and a stable, high-speed internet connection.
- Communication: Fluency in English. Hindi & Bengali is a plus
- Experience: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR or Business.
- Availability: Remote, full-time (Standard business hours).
Compensation & Perks
