Human Resources Intern

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in day-to-day HR operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to HR practices in a fast-paced advertising agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening resumes and coordinating interviews
• Support onboarding and induction of new joiners
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Assist in attendance tracking and HR documentation
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications
• Support HR policies, processes, and compliance-related tasks
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as required

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic documentation
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
• Interest in HR operations within a creative/agency environment
