Human Resources Intern (Recruitment & Student Admissions)

Remote

Internship (Paid)

Duration: 6 Months

Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers Welcome)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented HR Intern to join our growing team. This internship offers hands-on experience in both corporate recruitment and student admissions. You will play a key role in helping us hire talented professionals for Code Nimbus Solutions while also supporting the student recruitment and admissions process for Code Nimbus Academy.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Recruitment – Code Nimbus Solutions

  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist with onboarding activities for new employees.

Student Recruitment – Code Nimbus Academy

  • Guide prospective students regarding courses and career opportunities.
  • Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct initial screening and counselling calls.
  • Coordinate admissions and enrollment processes.
  • Maintain student inquiry and admission records.
  • Support orientation and student engagement activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) in HR, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable speaking with candidates and students over phone calls.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and MS Office is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
