Roles of HR Intern at Chai Nagri

  • Support the HR Manager in day-to-day operations and employee engagement.
  • Assist in recruitment activities such as sourcing resumes, posting jobs, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support in hiring staff for franchise outlets by coordinating with outlet managers and identifying manpower needs.
  • Help in onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
  • Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements.
  • Contribute to organizing team-building activities and events.
