Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Intern based in Ahmedabad. The intern will assist with day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, maintaining accurate employee records, and supporting HR policy development. Additionally, the intern will assist in planning and managing employee benefits programs and coordinating personnel management activities. This role provides hands-on experience to learn and contribute to the implementation of effective HR practices while working closely with a dedicated HR team.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Human Resources (HR) functions and processes
• Knowledge of HR Management and HR Policies
• Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management practices
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic work environment
• Bachelor's degree (or current enrollment) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
