Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Intern at Brainlicious. The Human Resources Intern will support daily HR operations, including assisting with personnel records, onboarding coordination, and maintaining HR documentation. The intern will help with drafting and updating HR policies, supporting employee benefits administration, and responding to routine HR-related inquiries. Additional responsibilities may include scheduling interviews, preparing basic reports, contributing to HR projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the employee experience.

Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
  • Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
  • Candidates should possess skills related to Personnel Management and basic employee data handling.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and inclusive approach.
  • Proficiency with common office software and collaboration tools; familiarity with HRIS is an advantage.
  • Interest in EdTech, learning, and career development; prior internship or coursework in HR or related fields is beneficial.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
