About the Role
We are looking for a Psychology graduate who is interested in building a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. The role involves supporting recruitment activities, candidate engagement, and basic HR operations while applying psychological principles to understand candidate behavior and organizational fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates for open positions.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interview processes.
- Conduct psychometric, behavioral, and aptitude assessments for candidates and employees.
- Observe, analyze, and interpret employee behavior patterns using scientific and evidence-based approaches.
- Translate behavioral observations and assessment outcomes into competency frameworks and actionable insights.
- Support Talent Acquisition activities, including candidate engagement and recruitment coordination.
- Support Industrial Relations (IR) activities by understanding workforce dynamics, employee concerns, and workplace behavior.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve hiring quality and employee experience.
Requirements
- BA or MA in Psychology (Mandatory).
- Strong interest in HR and Talent Acquisition.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
