We are offering an exciting opportunity for freshers to explore the field of Human Resources through this unpaid internship program. Interns will receive hands-on exposure to various HR functions while undergoing structured training in HR fundamentals and organizational psychology.
This internship is ideal for psychology or management students, HR aspirants, or freshers looking to begin their journey in corporate HR.

Basics of Human Resource Management


Introduction to Organizational Psychology


End-to-end Recruitment process


How to conduct HR interviews


Employee onboarding & documentation


Professional communication & email writing


Conducting and analyzing HR tasks using digital tools


Real-time exposure to HR functions in a growing organization



🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates


Coordinate and schedule interviews


Help manage internship onboarding and documentation


Maintain and organize HR data and reports


Participate in HR projects and training sessions


Observe and join live HR interviews


Support the team with daily operational HR tasks



🎓 Who Can Apply:
Freshers or students pursuing graduation/post-graduation (preferably in Psychology, HR, or Management)


Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources


Basic understanding of HR or psychology concepts (preferred, not mandatory)


Good communication and interpersonal skills


Available to work remotely for 2-3 hours/day (flexible)
