Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Intern based in New Delhi, with some flexibility for work-from-home arrangements. The intern will assist with various HR functions, including HR management, implementation of HR policies, and personnel management. Responsibilities will also include supporting employee benefits administration, participating in recruitment activities, and ensuring compliance with HR standards.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR), including essential practices and processes
- Understanding of HR Management and experience with HR Policies implementation
- Familiarity with Employee Benefits administration and Personnel Management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt to dynamic environments
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (in progress or completed)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software is a plus
