Job Description

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support the our Team in creating structured job descriptions and contributing to a strategic Job Evaluation Project.

This internship offers hands-on experience in HR documentation, role analysis, and organizational design within the dynamic fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Description Development:

  • Collaborate with department heads and team leads to gather role-specific information.
  • Draft clear, concise, and standardized job descriptions for various roles across the business.
  • Ensure alignment with organizational structure, competencies, and career paths.

Job Evaluation Support:

  • Assist in collecting and analyzing data for job evaluation (e.g., responsibilities, skills, impact).
  • Help prepare documentation and presentations for evaluation panels.

HR Documentation & Research:

  • Maintain records of job descriptions and evaluation outcomes.
  • Research industry standards and best practices in fashion job roles.
  • Support HR team in updating role frameworks and competency models.
