Job Description

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support the Human Resource team in creating structured job descriptions and contributing to a strategic Job Evaluation Project. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR documentation, role analysis, and organizational design within the dynamic fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Job Description Development:
  • Collaborate with department heads and team leads to gather role-specific information.
  • Draft clear, concise, and standardized job descriptions for various roles in the Apparel Design Team.
  • Ensure alignment with organizational structure, competencies, and career paths.
  • Job Evaluation Support:
  • Assist in collecting and analyzing data for job evaluation (e.g., responsibilities, skills, impact).
  • Participate in benchmarking exercises and internal grading discussions.
  • Help prepare documentation and presentations for evaluation panels.
  • HR Documentation & Research:
  • Maintain records of job descriptions and evaluation outcomes.
  • Research industry standards and best practices in fashion job roles.
  • Support HR team in updating role frameworks and competency models.
  • Stakeholder Coordination:
  • Schedule and attend meetings with design, merchandising, and production teams.
  • Take notes and follow up on action items related to job analysis.
