Role Description

This is a paid internship role requiring an average commitment of 24 hours per day. The intern will support key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, assisting with HR policies, and helping manage employee benefits and documentation.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Personnel Management
• Experience in administering Employee Benefits
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
