Human Resources Intern ( 6 months)

Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for an HR Intern located in Bengaluru. The HR Intern will assist in various human resources tasks such as supporting HR operations, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering. Key responsibilities include coordinating recruitment efforts, conducting employee engagement activities, and maintaining employee records while adhering to organizational standards and compliance processes.

• Basic understanding of Human Resources (HR) concepts and principles
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Completed a degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, or related fields
