Human Resources Information System Specialist

A Fortune 200 company building its Global Capability Centre (GCC) in India has partnered with Flexiple to hire a Human Resources Information System Specialist to own the HR technology backbone for a centre that is scaling past two thousand employees this year.

The systems you would run

• Administer and configure the core HRIS (employee records, org structure, workflows, approvals) across every India entity the centre supports
• Own end to end data integrity for hires, transfers, promotions and exits, including audit trails for statutory reporting
• Build and maintain integrations between the HRIS, payroll, benefits and time and attendance platforms
• Manage user access, security roles and periodic access reviews in line with the parent company's global controls

What breaks when HRIS data is wrong

Payroll runs late, statutory filings get flagged, and managers lose trust in headcount numbers used for budgeting. This role exists to make sure that never happens by catching data issues before they reach downstream systems, and by building validation checks that flag anomalies automatically rather than waiting for someone to notice a mismatched report.

What we need from day one

Two to five years working directly inside an HRIS platform (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Darwinbox or similar), strong Excel and reporting skills, comfort writing SOPs for a global stakeholder base, and the judgment to know when a data anomaly is a typo versus a process gap that needs escalating. Experience supporting a multinational or GCC environment is a strong plus.

Based out of Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune or Remote (India), with periodic travel to other India office locations as the centre grows.
