Human Resources Information System Specialist

This is an independent consulting role with our client, a Leading Indian Multinational Pharmaceutical Company who an consultant to support HR technology and process integration across multiple countries during the transition from SAP SuccessFactors (SF) to Workday (WD), including scenarios where both systems operate concurrently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze current-state HR processes and identify gaps, overlaps, risks, and system dependencies across SF and WD.
• Challenge existing assumptions and recommend scalable, compliant future-state processes.
• Define and document business, functional, data, and system requirements for HR technology/development teams.
• Map end-to-end processes, system flows, interfaces, and ownership across SF, WD, payroll, and other HR systems.
• Partner with HR, HR Tech, IT, country teams, and vendors to resolve issues and drive decisions.
• Manage multiple countries/workstreams concurrently while tracking risks, dependencies, and timelines.

Skills Required

• 7–10 years of experience in HR Tech, HRIS, HR Transformation, or HR Business Analysis.
• Strong experience with Workday and/or SuccessFactors; experience with both preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, HR systems integration, data flows, and interfaces.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and future-state design
• Experience in multi-country HR transformation/M&A/integration environments preferred.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to challenge assumptions, ask the right questions, and translate business needs into actionable technology requirements.
