Eligibility:

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

• Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts

Role Purpose

To manage and optimize HRIS data integrity, system operations, and reporting to support accurate and efficient HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain HRIS data accuracy, integrity, and security
• Administer employee lifecycle transactions (hire, transfer, exit)
• Configure and support HR system modules and workflows
• Generate standard and adhoc HR reports and dashboards
• Troubleshoot HRIS issues and coordinate with vendors/IT
• Support audits, compliance, and data governance requirements
• Document processes and support system enhancements
