Role: Workday Techno-Functional Lead / Architect
Experience: 9+ years (5+ years in Workday)
Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad (Remote currently; hybrid as per client need)
Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST
Notice Period: Immediate to short joiners preferred
Role Overview
Looking for a senior Workday techno-functional professional who can lead solution design, own end-to-end implementations, and handle complex integrations. This is not a support role — you're expected to drive architecture decisions and deliver scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Workday implementations, enhancements, and support across modules
- Design and build end-to-end workflows/business processes in Workday
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams
- Architect and deliver Workday integrations with external systems
- Handle data migration, reporting, and security configurations
- Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure system stability
- Stakeholder management and requirement gathering
Primary Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Workday HCM (Core + at least one module like Recruiting / Payroll / Absence / Compensation)
- Deep expertise in Workday Business Process Framework (BPF)
- Solid experience with Workday Integrations:
- EIB
- Core Connectors
- Workday Studio
- REST/SOAP APIs
- Ability to integrate Workday with third-party systems (HRMS, payroll, finance tools, etc.)
- Strong understanding of data structures, security, and reporting (Advanced/Matrix reports)
Good to Have
- Workday certifications
- Experience in multi-region/global implementations
- Exposure to integration middleware tools
