Responsibilities

  • Lead and participate in all phases of Workday Compensation and Benefits implementations, including discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
  • Translate complex business requirements into effective Workday solutions, focusing on compensation structures (salary, bonus, one time payment plans), benefits administration, absence management, and payroll integrations.
  • Configure and maintain Workday modules such as Advanced Compensation, Core Compensation, Benefits, and Absence, ensuring accurate data, calculations, and reporting.
  • Develop and execute test plans, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the integrity and functionality of Workday configurations.
  • Provide expert guidance on Workday Compensation and Benefits functionality, workflows, and reporting capabilities.
  • Document business processes, system configurations, and training materials.
  • Stay current with Workday releases and new features, evaluating their applicability and impact on client solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Workday configuration issues, providing timely and effective support to clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Workday HCM consultant with a strong focus on Compensation and Benefits modules.
  • Deep functional knowledge and configuration expertise in Workday Advanced Compensation, Core Compensation, Benefits, and Absence.
  • Familiarity with Workday Payroll integrations and reporting tools is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of compensation principles, benefits administration, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced consulting environment.
