Job Title: HRIS Analyst
Location: Bangalore
Exp Range: 2-5 Years
Only Work from Office (No Hybrid, No Remote, No Work from Home)
Shift Timing: Should be comfortable with night (US) & Rotational Shifts

Eligibility:
• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
• Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts
Responsibilities of Position:
Maintain and update HRIS data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards.
Configure system fields, workflows, and modules under the guidance of senior HRIS staff.
Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT or vendors to resolve technical problems.
Support system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features.
Develop, run, and maintain recurring and ad-hoc HR reports (headcount, turnover, compliance, etc.).
Analyze HR data to identify trends and support decision-making.
Ensure data integrity through regular audits and quality checks.
Partner with HR teams (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Learning, etc.) to optimize system usage.
Support annual HR cycles such as performance reviews, open enrollment, and compensation planning.
Create and maintain user guides, training materials, and documentation.
Conduct training sessions for HR staff and managers on system functionality.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in HRIS, HR operations, or HR analytics.
Experience with at least one major HRIS platform, Infor is preferred.
Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data cleaning).
Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable insights.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Experience supporting system implementations or module rollouts.
Broad technical knowledge of the laws and regulations surrounding human resources with excellent human relations and people sensitive skills.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work at a personal computer for extended periods of time.
May travel to plant and customer sites.
Working Conditions:
Occasionally lifts and carries up to 15 pounds.
Works at a PC for hours at a time.
