Role Overview

The Associate Manager HR Systems & Data Management will be responsible for managing and optimizing HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, generating insightful reports, and supporting end-to-end HR operations through effective system configurations and data analysis. The role requires strong expertise in HRMS platforms, reporting tools, and advanced Excel, along with a proactive and solution-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain HR systems, preferably DarwinBox.

Configure and optimize DarwinBox modules as per business requirements.

Handle datasets, dashboards, and generate HR reports with high accuracy.

Ensure seamless system integrations with internal and external tools.

Maintain data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality across HR systems.

Support end-to-end HR processes through system enhancements and automation.

Prepare and present MIS reports for leadership review.

Identify gaps in system workflows and suggest improvements.

Collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams for smooth system operations.

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

Prior experience in handling HR systems (preferably DarwinBox).

Strong understanding of DarwinBox configurations and workflows.

Expertise in dataset management and report generation within HRMS.

Understanding of system integrations.

Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, data analysis tools).

Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes.
