Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Analyst to manage HR data, generate reports, and deliver actionable insights to support business decisions. The role focuses on HR analytics, dashboards, and data accuracy using Excel and reporting tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extract, analyze, and manage HR data (headcount, attrition, performance, etc.)
- Create and maintain HR dashboards, MIS reports, and analytics reports
- Generate periodic and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across HR systems
- Analyze trends and provide insights on key HR metrics
- Work closely with HR and business teams to support data-driven decisions
- Automate reports and improve reporting efficiency
Key Skills Required:
- Strong experience in HR reporting and analytics
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
- Experience in HR data management and MIS reporting
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of HR metrics (attrition, headcount, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Power BI / Tableau (good to have)
- Exposure to HR systems (HRMS/HRIS)
Experience:
2–5 years of experience in HR Analytics / HR Reporting
