Key Responsibilities:
1. IT Recruitment:
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment (Developers, QA, DevOps, Support roles)
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers for technical rounds
- Ensure quick turnaround time for closures
2. HR Operations:
- Maintain employee data in HRMS (Zoho People or similar)
- Handle attendance, leave tracking, and documentation
3. Employee Engagement:
- Plan and execute engagement activities
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in IT / Software recruitment
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Familiarity with HR tools like Zoho, Excel, ATS
Work Location: Chennai (Work from office)
